Before we get in to all the exciting things happening in 2008 and beyond, we wanted to take the time to thank you for a fantastic 2007. Our two key fundraising initiatives, the Chicago Marathon and Connecting for the Cure golf tournament raised $8,000 and $80,000 respectively. Thank you for your incredible support! We couldn’t do it without you.

Looking forward, the Connecting for the Cure Foundation is pleased to share with you an exciting event that will directly benefit our organization in our efforts to help eradicate the world of pediatric cancer. Jersey Boys the Broadway Show is coming to the Broward center next year. As everyone knows it is impossible to get tickets for this show but we have great news!
 
We have partnered with the Broward Center who has reserved a block of tickets available for exclusive use by friends of the Connecting for the Cure Foundation. Here are the details:

Tickets are $93.00 each with $10 of each ticket going directly to the Connecting for the Cure Foundation. 3rd Annual Connecting for the Cure Foundation Golf Tournament
The Connecting for the Cure Foundation Golf Tournament is back for round three. This year, the golf tournament will include a casino night, dinner, live and silent auction for golfers, friends and family on the evening of Sunday, November 9th. Everyone is invited.

The golf tournament, including continental breakfast and buffet lunch will take place the following day, Monday, November 10th. Additional details will follow in the coming months. Make sure you keep checking back for additional information as it becomes available.
